I had an idea for a character. He's called "The Apologetic Sleeper".
It consists of a man sitting somewhere silently, slowly, and I mean sloooooowly falling asleep. He does the "eye close", then the head nod with the eyes opening. He wipes his mouth and his eyes dart around the room lethargically. To the first person he makes eye contact with, he grins and mouths the word "sorry" silently.

I have one I started doing today called the fast talking North Dakotan.
You basically use the North Dakota accent and talk about anything really fast.
I miss swedish scat. We never did it when I visited.
